Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, due to the nature of our herbal products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. This is to ensure product quality and customer safety.

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns for opened or used bottles are not accepted under any circumstances.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@adultproducts.co.za with detailed information and photos of the damage or issue. We will evaluate your claim and handle it on a case-by-case basis. If your return is accepted, we will provide further instructions and a return shipping label.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened bottles, used products, or products damaged due to misuse. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item due to receiving a damaged or incorrect product, we will process the return as outlined above and arrange for a replacement.

Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
