At TodaysStuff Pty Ltd, trading as AdultProducts.co.za, we are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Below are the details of our shipping policies for domestic and international orders.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

In-Stock Items:
For all in-stock items, orders are typically packed and booked for delivery within 5-7 business days. All domestic shipments within South Africa are handled by The Courier Guy. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor your delivery.

In the event of any unforeseen delays or issues with delivery, we will contact you directly to notify you of the delay and provide updated information about your shipment.

Out-of-Stock & Pre-Sale Items

In some cases, we offer pre-sale items for products that are currently out of stock but are in the process of being manufactured. This is due to the high demand for our products, which can result in sell-outs before the next manufacturing run is completed.

If you purchase a pre-sale item, the expected delivery date will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Lead times for pre-sale items typically range from 6-8 weeks, depending on demand. Updates will be sent to you as soon as the stock becomes available, and your order will be dispatched promptly once manufacturing is complete.

For out-of-stock items, we also offer a ‘Notify Me When Back in Stock’ option. By selecting this option, you can provide your email address, and we will notify you as soon as the product is expected to be back in stock. This way, you’ll be the first to know when the item is available again.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Please note the following important information regarding international deliveries:

Customs & Import Fees:
While we handle all necessary documentation for the export process, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is permitted in their country and to handle any customs procedures. Customers are also responsible for paying any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required to release the goods in their country.
Customs Rejections:
TodaysStuff does not assume responsibility for products rejected by customs due to the regulations in your country. We advise customers to verify their country's import restrictions prior to placing an order.
Shipping Charges:
International shipping charges will be quoted prior to shipment. In some cases, international shipping rates may change, but any adjustments will be communicated before shipment.
